This course was designed and developed for new and current employees. Indian Acres management felt they were taking too much time of their orientation going over the employee handbook and wanted to develop it into an eLearning course. This enabled them to use their orientation time to provide more specific on the job training. This eLearning course uses a variety of triggers, interactions, knowledge checks and an assessment to give all employees an overview of what their job entails.
The objectives of the course are:
Describe the importance and components of privacy and security.
Identify different types of privacy.
Describe sanctions and consequences for misuse of privacy.
Explain how to appropriately share Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

This course was for new and current employees to understand the types of information that is handled, the level of privacy of information and how to handle it appropriately. The company needed this training because they experienced an influx of new employees due to a 25% growth in client base.

This microlearning video uses a variety of elements such as background music, pictures, videos, zoom and pan, transitions and animations.
