This course was designed and developed for new and current employees. Indian Acres management felt they were taking too much time of their orientation going over the employee handbook and wanted to develop it into an eLearning course. This enabled them to use their orientation time to provide more specific on the job training. This eLearning course uses a variety of triggers, interactions, knowledge checks and an assessment to give all employees an overview of what their job entails.

This course was for new and current employees to understand the types of information that is handled, the level of privacy of information and how to handle it appropriately. The company needed this training because they experienced an influx of new employees due to a 25% growth in client base.

This microLearning video was for new and current employees to understand the different features of the iWork app they would use during their employment with Indian Acres Swimming Club. The company needed this training because they felt they were utilizing too much time going over the housekeeping items during their orientation at the beginning of the summer. This microlearning video uses a variety of elements such as background music, pictures, videos, zoom and pan, transitions and animations.

This microLearning video was for new employees to understand the different ways to solicit resident feedback. Palm Bay Apartment Complex prides itself on its resident retention rate. One of the ways they do this is by getting feedback from their residents.This microlearning video uses a variety of elements such as background music, a variety of scenes, zoom, scene and character transitions and voice over animation.
