I am a life long learner and love to share my passion for learning. I am a detail oriented and organized person who loves creating engaging, relevant, meaningful and creative learning. I excel at working and collaborating with people while working toward a common goal. I have over 10 years experience in designing and developing adult learning. It is my true belief that the best way to learn is to engage.
As an Instructional Designer I tailor my courses by designing content around the needs within a company. While working with the client I ensure to keep open lines of communication to make sure my design and developed courses meet the needs and goals of the company.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. One of my favorite places to go is the beach or anywhere with water! When we aren't traveling, we are a sports family and spend a lot of time in the gym watching basketball.
